Produced by Keeping You, Me, and Memories Alive, Inc. (KYMMA) and hosted by Plymouth State University (PSU) Athletics, our annual "Day to Fight Cancer" event provides aid and support to residents of Central New Hampshire who are coping with cancer and family members who've lost one or more loved ones to cancer.

Click to support our efforts: Donations are still being accepted. To date, nearly $21,000. has been received to help individuals and families who live in the Pemi-Baker area and are battling cancer. KYMMA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Make a tax-deductible donation or purchase a luminary or sky lantern.

Luminaries and Sky Lanterns: Over 450 luminaries were displayed and over 50 sky lanterns were released at a special event on October 22, 2011. See a two-minute video.

In December, KYMMA participated in a Non-Profit Holiday Fair in Plymouth, New Hampshire.

Top Teams and Top Walkers for 2011: Team Merrill, PSU Women's Ice Hockey, Team Speare-It, Michelle's Team, Shannon Gallagher, Jenny Thibeault and David Converse.

In 2011, KYMMA announced two winners from Plymouth Regional High School for $500 scholarships, plus three winners of the Joan Merrill Book Awards and three winners of the Michelle Morse Book Awards at Plymouth State University (PSU). Book award winners received $400 for purchase of course text for the Fall 2011 semester at PSU.

Now in our 12th year of community service, Keeping You, Me, and Memories Alive (KYMMA) benefits people in the communities of Ashland, Alexandria, Bath, Benton, Bridgewater, Bristol, Campton, Danbury, Dorchester, Ellsworth, Groton, Hebron, Holderness, Lincoln, New Hampton, Piermont, Plymouth, Rumney, Thornton, Warren, Waterville Valley, Wentworth and Woodstock, New Hampshire.

The 2nd Annual "Shave for a Cure" event was held March 12, 2011 in Campton, New Hampshire. The event raised $10,000. Proceeds were split between St. Baldricks Foundation and KYMMA.

In 2011, thanks to the support of our friends and neighbors, we raised more than $20K through our "Day to Fight Cancer" to bring our 12-year total to more than $205K.

Over the past three years, we issued 135 gifts to local families, including groceries, gas, heating oil, back-to-school clothes and supplies, furnace repairs, utility bills, and "feel good items."
